Full-Time Director of Volunteer Programs
The faces and voices of JHSM are our volunteer docents. Maximizing the value of their enthusiasm and their energy requires the support of an expert staff. With your help, we can create and support a new full-time professional position: Director of Volunteer Programs. An expert in this position will allow JHSM to better train, educate, and steward our docents, develop training manuals and protocols, and oversee docent-led programs, raising the capacity, caliber, and impact of our programming.
